So I’m a writer. Sort of. Not really. Well, I like to write. It’s the bomb, yo. Fiction’s my weapon of choice, as it is for a lot of writers. Generally, if you’re writing fiction, you’re going to need to create a character. Maybe two. Maybe three. Maybe a gazillion. Who knows? Characters are the bomb too. Sometimes literally.

I’m Bluuper (but you can call me Josh) and I’m a university student living in Cambridge. I’ve read a lot of blogs during my time on the internet and I always used to think that this introductory post would be the easiest one to do.
Turns out it’s not.
I’m studying Writing and English at Anglia Ruskin University and I’m a tad keen on being a novelist someday. (My favourite drink is Coke, just in case you were wondering). Nerds come thick and fast on the internet, and I’ve just got to say that I’m one of them. I enjoy the entire spectrum of nerdisms (making that a word) from videogames to sci-fi.
But Josh! Why in the world did you want to start a blog? I can hear you yelling that at your computer screens right now. (You might want to stop, I don’t think that’s healthy).
Well, there a number of reasons. I often have these little ideas that pop into my head that I want to talk about and the only place that seems fit for these ideas is a blog. (Plus there are those times when I’m stuck somewhere and I just want to rant for a little bit). I’ve dabbled in blogging before but that was when I was much younger and probably much less interesting. (My favourite band? Reel Big Fish).
So yeah, this is my blog and I hope you enjoy it. I hope I enjoy it too.
